Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My air conditioner required a deep clean after being neglected for a few years. I contacted them through their website, and after a bit of back-and-forth over text, booked their premium service.

The technician arrived right on time, was very professional, thorough, and cleaned up completely after finishing the job. Overall, exceptional service.

Proven Aircon replaced my old faulty aircon system with a new Mitsubishi AC system. This included replacing internal components in the roof space and upgrading switches in the electrical board.

The Proven Aircon team were friendly and professional and very responsive for both call out and installation services. It was all hands on deck and my system was installed in under a day!

Admittedly I was initially shocked by the cost to replace a ducted aircon system, but Proven Aircon prices were very reasonable in comparison to other quotes received.

I would highly recommend Proven Aircon for their great service.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The team from Proven Air were exceptional from the initial consultation to the installation and the clean up. When they say they will turn up within a 2 hour window, they did so at the start of the window.

Huon, the installer and Tony the electrician were extremely courteous, always took their shoes off when inside and efficiently installed the unit in about 2 hours. When he left, he took all of the packaging and boxes with him.

I am going to use this organisation to service and install all of my air conditioning needs as long as they are in business. This is how you run a business. They are a 6 star service.

Frequently asked questions

What are the advantages of using gas ducted heating systems?

Gas ducted heating systems offer several advantages, including energy efficiency, quick heating, uniform temperature distribution, and flexibility in controlling the warmth in different zones of the property. Additionally, using natural gas can be a more cost-effective heating option, making it a popular choice in many regions. With this in mind, if cooling is a larger factor for your home comfort, other solutions such as reverse cycle heating may be a better long term solution.

How does a reverse cycle system work, and why might I choose it?

A reverse cycle system can provide both cooling and heating by reversing its operation mode. In cooling mode, it extracts heat from inside and transfers it outside, while in heating mode, it does the opposite. This dual functionality offers year-round climate control and often leads to a more energy-efficient solution, making it suitable for various climates.

How often should I have my gas ducted heating system serviced?

Regular maintenance is essential for optimal performance and safety. A gas ducted heating system, especially one from a reputable brand like Brivis gas heating, should generally be serviced annually. Regular servicing can help in early detection of potential issues, ensuring safe operation and prolonging the system’s lifespan

Can I install a gas ducted heating system in an existing property?

Yes, gas ducted heating systems can typically be installed in existing properties. However, factors such as the property’s layout, existing ductwork, and specific requirements of the system may affect the complexity and cost of the installation. Consulting with a licensed technician with expertise in systems like Brivis gas central heating will help determine the best solution for your needs.

What should I consider when selecting a gas ducted central heating system or reverse cycle system for my home?

When selecting a gas ducted or reverse cycle system, consider factors such as the size of the area you need to heat or cool, energy efficiency ratings, features like zone control and wifi, and the quality and reputation of the brand. Understanding your specific requirements will assist your technician in tailoring a solution for you.
