Spring Comfort Blitz - Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility : This promotion is valid for residential air conditioning work completed within the Sydney Metropolitan area by Proven Air Conditioning Pty Ltd (36 641 645 936) during the promotional period. The installation offers apply to split system, multi split, and ducted reverse cycle systems supplied and installed by Proven Air Conditioning.

2. What the promotion includes : The Spring Comfort Blitz promotion is made up of separate offers. A customer may be eligible for one or more of them depending on the work booked:

Installation rebates of up to $3,000 off a new system (see clause 3)
A free airflow upgrade to next tier on any subfloor ventilation quote (see clause 4)
Repair coupons of up to $500 off (see clause 5)
Spring maintenance at seasonal pricing (see clause 6)

3. Installation rebates (up to $3,000 off) :

Savings of up to $3,000 are delivered through NSW Government backed Energy Saving Scheme (ESS) and Peak Demand Reduction Scheme (PDRS) rebates. The amount varies by household, system, and product efficiency, and not every system or property will qualify for the full amount. Proven Air confirms eligibility and the rebate value before installation. Rebates are applied as pre-discounted amount and not paid as cash.

4. Free airflow upgrade to the next higher applicable tier on every subfloor ventilation quote: New subfloor ventilation system installations include a free upgrade from the quoted airflow tier to the next higher airflow tier applicable to the system and site, subject to equipment availability and suitability.

The free upgrade applies to the ventilation fan/system selected for the quoted subfloor area. The applicable airflow tier is determined by Proven Air based on the proposed system, site conditions and ventilation requirements.
The free upgrade does not include additional fans, additional ventilation outlets, ductwork, electrical work, building modifications, access works, or other works required beyond the standard installation of the upgraded system. Any such additional works will be quoted separately where required.
The upgrade is subject to the higher-tier system being suitable for the property and capable of being installed safely and correctly. Where site conditions, existing construction, access limitations, electrical requirements or other technical factors prevent installation of the next tier, Proven Air may provide the highest suitable tier instead.
The upgrade is applied by a Proven Air technician as part of the installation. No separate booking or future visit is required.
The airflow upgrade cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or discount, and cannot be transferred to another system, provider, or future job.

5. Repair coupons (up to $500 off) :

Repair coupons of up to $500 apply to eligible air conditioning repairs booked and completed during the promotional period. The coupon value depends on the repair and is confirmed at quote. Coupons apply to labour and standard repair work, not to parts sourced at cost, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

6. Spring maintenance pricing : Seasonal pricing applies to General Maintenance and Deep Rejuvenation Clean services booked during the promotional period. Pricing depends on system type and access, and is confirmed at the time of booking.

7. Promotion period :

Valid for work completed between 01 Septermber 2026 and 31 October 2026. Bookings outside this period are not eligible.

8. Exclusions and install conditions :

Offers cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion, or discount unless stated. The promotion excludes commercial and multi residential installations, relocation or replacement only jobs without a new system purchase, and systems installed by third parties.
Installation pricing assumes:

Outdoor and indoor units mounted below 1.5 m height
Vehicle parking available within 10 metres of the property
Clear, safe access to installation areas
Single storey home with pitched roof access

Additional costs apply where conditions differ. Work requiring extra power circuits, switchboard upgrades, double storey or flat roof access, or special equipment remains eligible for the offers but may attract additional charges. Switchboard or electrical upgrades needed to meet rebate eligibility or installation standards are quoted separately and are not part of any free offer.

9. Limitations :

Offers are non transferable and non refundable.
Offers remain valid only where the system is kept in normal residential use without tampering, misuse, or neglect.

10. Customer responsibilities : Customers are responsible for retaining proof of installation and eligibility, and for providing clear, safe access for technicians at the time of work. Failure to provide safe access may delay or prevent the work or the application of the coating.

11. Warranty : All systems include the standard manufacturer warranty. Proven workmanship warranties apply per our service terms and may be extended through the Proven Protection Plan. The protective coating does not replace or extend the manufacturer warranty.

12. Cancellation and rescheduling : Missed or cancelled appointments with less than 24 hours notice may incur a call out or rescheduling fee.

13. Changes to the Promotion : Proven Air Conditioning Pty Ltd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion, or amend these terms, at any time without prior notice.

14. Liability: Proven Air Conditioning Pty Ltd accepts no liability for any delay or inability to deliver an offer due to scheduling constraints, site inaccessibility, weather, rebate scheme changes, or customer unavailability.

15. Privacy: Personal information collected during this promotion is handled in accordance with Proven Air Conditioning’s Privacy Policy and applicable Australian privacy laws.

16. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales (NSW). Participants agree to submit to the non exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of NSW.
